Who we are

This website is run by Erin and Alex, trading as Mann Property Group. If you have any question about your information, email info@mannpropertygroup.co.uk.

What we collect

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write to us. We use it only to reply to you, and we keep it for no longer than 12 months. Messages sent through the contact form this site used to have (name, email address, phone number and message) are held on the same terms.

We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and we never sell or share your details.

Other services this site uses

• Google Fonts: our fonts load from Google, which sees your IP address.
• Instagram: the feed on our homepage loads images from Instagram (Meta), which sees your IP address.
• Hosting: the site is hosted by WPMU DEV, whose servers keep standard technical logs.

Cookies

We don’t use cookies to track you. WordPress sets cookies only for us, when we log in to manage the site.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
